This trip is about 1 1/4 hour depending which trike you're riding. Nothing to notice, except following the air-rules and avoiding citys like 'Gaillac' and 'Lisle sur Tarn'.
You can check the map with the path drawn in green: each little camera point the place where photos were taken.
Starting from La Ramiere, you can do the tour in both way. The second point of interest is Castelnau de Montmiral which is also an old fortified town.
Cordes is a very touristic place with many artists, some restaurant... Both town worth the 'walking' visit ;-)
